Refund policy
This policy defines the conditions for returns, refunds, complaints, and cancellations for:

1. Returns of Physical Goods (14-Day Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
Return Conditions:
- the product must be unused, undamaged, and complete,
- it must show no signs of wear or washing,
- the product must be returned within 14 days from notifying us of withdrawal.
Costs:
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Czech Republic - A refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
2. Digital Content and Online Products
Refunds for digital products are not possible once they have been accessed or delivered. This includes:
- online courses
- e-books
- video content
- memberships and online programs
If the Buyer agreed to receiving digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, the right to withdraw is forfeited.
3. Live Events, Workshops, Seminars, and Consultations
The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to live events scheduled for a specific date (per EU consumer regulations). The following cancellation terms apply:
Private Training Sessions / Individual Lessons
- More than 48 hours in advance: 100% refund or rescheduling.
- Less than 7 days in advance: the fee is non-refundable, but the booking may be transferred to another person.
- Canceled by the organizer: 100% refund.
Seminars, Workshops, Weekend Events
- 21+ days before: 100% refund or rescheduling.
- 8–20 days before: 50% refund or 100% credit.
- 7 days or less: non-refundable, but a substitute participant may attend.
- Illness reported at least 48 hours before the event: rescheduling available.
4. Complaints (Defective or Damaged Goods)
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are entitled to file a complaint.
How to Proceed:
- Contact us at info@warriorshop.cz.
- Attach photos of the defect and your order number.
Complaints are processed within 30 days.
If approved, we offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not collected, a handling fee of 150 CZK (or EUR equivalent) may be charged.
Reshipping is possible only after paying new shipping costs.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments by the Carrier
If a shipment is lost or damaged by the carrier (Packeta):
- we will initiate a carrier investigation (3–10 days),
- after confirmation of loss or damage, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
