I. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between:

These T&C apply to the purchase of digital content, online courses, services, live events, consultations, and physical products through the online stores:
- www.warriorshop.cz (CZ/SK)
- www.warriorshop.eu (EU)
By using the website and submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these T&C. The relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
II. Definitions
Buyer – a person making a purchase on the Website.
Consumer – a natural person acting outside of business activities.
Product – digital content, courses, services, or physical goods.
Order – an offer to conclude a contract.
Digital content – electronically delivered content.
III. Order and Contract Formation
- Purchases are made through the Shopify shopping cart.
- An order becomes binding upon submission.
- The Buyer may review and edit their information before confirming the order.
- The contract is concluded once the order confirmation is delivered to the Buyer by e-mail.
- The Seller may verify the order; if verification fails, the Seller may cancel it.
IV. Price and Payment
All prices include VAT and are valid at the time of ordering.

- Credit / Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express – via Shopify Payments)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay

Invoicing
For bank transfer payments, the Buyer first receives a proforma invoice. After payment is received, a final invoice is sent automatically.
For card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, the tax invoice is sent automatically.
The Seller never stores card details — these are processed exclusively through Shopify Payments.
V. Delivery Terms
1. Digital Content
Digital content is delivered:
- immediately after payment via card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay,
- within 3 business days after the bank transfer is credited.
Digital content is available without time limitation unless otherwise stated.
2. Courses and Consultations
- The date is sent by e-mail after payment.
- Cancellation terms are described in Section VIII.
3. Physical Goods
- Products are shipped after the payment is received.
- Typical delivery time is up to 14 business days.
- Shipping carrier: Packeta (Zásilkovna).
VI. Copyright
Digital content is a copyrighted work. The Buyer receives permission for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.
VII. Withdrawal from the Contract
1. Digital Content
The Consumer may withdraw within 14 days unless the content has been accessed. If the Buyer agrees to early access, the right to withdraw expires.
2. Physical Goods
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be undamaged and unused. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
3. Live Events and Courses
The right to withdraw does not apply to live events held on a specific date. Cancellation terms apply instead.
VIII. Cancellation Terms
Private Training Sessions
- More than 48 hours in advance – 100% refund or rescheduling.
- Less than 7 days – non-refundable, but participation may be transferred to another person.
- Canceled by the organizer – 100% refund.
Seminars and Weekend Events
- 21+ days – 100% refund or rescheduling.
- 8–20 days – 50% refund or 100% credit.
- 7 days or less – non-refundable, but a substitute may attend.
- Illness reported within 48 hours – rescheduling possible.
IX. Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 1 year unless stated otherwise.
X. Complaints
Digital Content
Warranty applies to availability and functionality. Complaints are submitted via e-mail.

XI. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: www.coi.cz
XII. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Cookies are governed by the EU Cookies Policy.
XIII. Final Provisions
- The T&C are published on the Website and valid at the time of order submission.
- The Seller may update the T&C. The version valid at the time of purchase applies to the Buyer.
- The contract is concluded in the Czech language.
- Contracts are stored electronically and are not publicly accessible.
These Terms & Conditions take effect on the date of publication.
