Shipping policy

This shipping policy defines the delivery terms for physical goods purchased on:

  • www.warriorshop.cz
  • www.warriorshop.eu

Digital products (online courses, e-books, memberships, consultations) are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping costs.


1. Available Shipping Methods

We use the following carrier:

Packeta (Zásilkovna)

  • Pickup points
  • Z-Boxes
  • Packeta courier delivery (when available in the destination country)

We ship to:

  • Czech Republic
  • Slovakia
  • European Union countries served by Packeta

We do not ship outside the European Union.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on:

  • destination country,
  • selected pickup point / delivery method,
  • current Packeta pricing.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched:

  • within 1–5 business days after payment is received,
  • for pre-orders according to the information provided for each product.

Goods are dispatched only after payment has been credited.


4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times via Packeta:

  • Czech Republic: 1–3 business days
  • Slovakia: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may be longer during holidays or during carrier peak seasons.


5. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, customers receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email,
  • a tracking number,
  • a link to the Packeta tracking page.

6. Unclaimed Shipments

The Buyer is responsible for collecting the shipment.

If the shipment is not collected, a handling fee of 150 CZK (or EUR equivalent) may be charged.

Reshipping is possible only after paying additional shipping costs.


7. Damaged Shipments

If the shipment appears damaged, we recommend:

  • not picking up the package, or documenting everything (photos, video),
  • reporting the damage to Packeta,
  • contacting us at info@warriorshop.cz.

We handle damage claims individually and always in the customer’s favor.


8. Lost Shipments

If a shipment does not arrive, we will initiate a carrier investigation (typically 3–10 days). Once the loss is confirmed:

  • we will send a replacement order, or
  • issue a full refund.

9. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products are delivered electronically:

  • immediately after card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay payment,
  • within 3 business days after a bank transfer is credited.
